Share a Program
Say you wanted to give Clair control of a program, Microsoft Visio, and let her facilitate the discussion. You can share Visio with Clair even if she does not have Visio on her laptop.

Before You Begin: Open the program that you wish to share, first. In the next step, you will be asked to select one the programs that are up and running.

1. Try This: Share a Program
Your Lync is still open. There are three Participants in the Group Conversation.
Go to Share->Program...
